Little blessings

Its funny how my kittens will both seek out the smallest ray of sunshine that peeks through my kitchen blinds and just sit in it for hours. The light and the heat from the sun make the perfect spot to bask in between the business of playing and eating.

Sometimes life gets so busy that we close our eyes to the wonderful blessings that are all around us everyday. The smell of flowers in the spring, the colours of the fall leaves, a warm summers breeze on a piping hot day, the sound of the birds in the trees etc.
God sends us many simple blessings in life every day, all we need to do is take the time to see them. Have you basked in his blessings today?
